i-Jacket*: Add some color to your iPAQ
By Steven

A month ago we told you about the i-Jacket*,
a new product that could help protect your iPAQ from minor scratches and add a
bit of color and style at the same time. Designed and developed by Marc Brooks,
the i-Jacket* is made of vinyl and is available in red, yellow, aqua and
black (blue will be available at a later date.)
So Marc sent me a couple of i-Jackets* and I
thought I'd put them to the test.
Installation
The
i-Jacket takes a few minutes to install.
Performance
The i-Jacket is thin so it won't protect your
iPAQ from deep scratches. But it will fit in your expansion packs and it will
protect the iPAQ's body from those pesky scratches caused by the packs.
It's still a bit too slippery for me,
althought it's better than a "naked" iPAQ. I wish Marc would use a
more textured vinyl on the i-Jacket's next iteration.
Bottom line, I like it. I prefer black so I
just may get a three-pack of black i-Jackets* and see how I like them.
